Wii U SEEPROM Config Tool

I made this shiny new tool. Usually when trying to view your SEEPROM's config, you have to go through the hassle of extracting each of the values one by one in an annoying hex editor.
This tool simplifies it, all it requires is for you to have seeprom.bin in the same directory.
It won't show the meanings of the hex. You can figure that out yourself.
