Hacking Wii U Retail to Kiosk

I got everything except for one thing:
The games showing on the kiosk menu
I got a real kiosk demo (the pikmin one), repacked it with the common key, and it shows on the wii u menu but not on the kiosk one.

I repacked it with jnuspacker, I saw that I could get better success with the wii u configuration tool, but can’t get it to work.

Any sugestions
