Hi! I was wondering if it was possible to use wii u pro controllers in MKWii via home brew! I can’t find it anywhere but I know you can patch games or something to make it work. Thanks!

No, it hasn't been done. The probability of it happening in the future is almost 0.1%, you would need a really interested programmer who knows how to hack the inner workings of the game/system.

Since it supports the classic controller, you can make a WiiU installable title out of it and use the gamepad for controlling it. That's as close as you'll get.
 
Technically, you could run MKWii through Dolphin and get a Wii U Pro working as a Classic Controller. But that requires a decent computer, and that's probably not what you want. However, that is currently the only way to run Wii games with a Wii U pro controller.
