Hacking Wii U Pad on Wii games

As far as I know, WiiU Pad acts as a Classic Controller for Wii eShop titles that supports it (for example: Pandora's Tower). So why can't it be used on vWii homebrew that support the classic controller? Are the games on eshop patched to support it or something like this?

this is known for a long time the wii games on wiiu eshop have their own ios and fw to use the gamepad they dont even use the vwii fw they use a custom fw for themselves so they can hack in the gamepad, thats why no one figured this out unfortunely, but it wasnt for lack of trying.

It's a pity nintendo did not update vWii to allow that... They could have done it easily and make everyone happy
