Hardware Wii U Microphone

my missus is nagging me to get a microphone for the Wii U, now obviously I have hacked the Wii U and the vWii part of it console so

will a Wii U microphone work with loadine games and also on the vWii ??

there is a mic on the gamepad, or do you mean a rockband usb microphone?

Gamepad mic won't work in vWii. Iirc the entire Gamepad us inaccessible to the vWii environment.

you can always try the wii speak mic, if you can find one
