Hacking Wii U: How do I play back ups from an external HD?

Once I put the games through WUP Installer GX2 and over to my USB HD what is next? Do all of the games need to go into a certain folder in the HD? Would I be right in saying Loadiine can recognise the games on the HD and be played directly from there?
