I'm just waiting for everyone to upgrade to latest once it's released so I don't have to keep doing everything myself, takes lots of work.
there is a much easier way to make downloads start after nnupatcher, hard shutdown the wiiu by holding the power button reboot and they will all start all the time since after hard shutdown the wiiu takes its time to search for a system update again, just a tip for the futureKept running the remove update html, rebooting the console, and so on, until the update actually fisapeared, and downloaded mario maker instead
I also made sure that nothing screwed up: i'm still in 5.3.2

I would trust the guy who wrote a lot of the Wii U hacks. lmao. Why wouldn't it be permanent? How about on SysNAND you set the Internet settings for local network with no DNS and no default gateway and a netmask of 255.255.255.0 So you can only access local net, e.g. 196.168.1.1 where you webserver is running that serves up the exploit but your WiiU won't be able to access the Internet. Once the "haxx" take over your WiiU, it can start a 'unsynced' EmuNAND which has correct Internet settings. If it auto-updates, just restore your old EmuNAND and disable Internet on it until it's fixed again.
Just need to know if there's any New-3DS like crypto key setups and if there are any issues that would prevent EmuNAND from working; on 3DS this is well understood and many CFWs offer EmuNAND support. I wouldn't be surprised to see it within a year of a working Userland-Kernel-IOSU combo being released.

Does the exploit start better than the currently? The IOSU exploit is a runtime one, and doesn't modify it on the NAND, so it cannot be permanent.

On 5.0.0 I have to try it 10-20 times mostly.
Thx
What? 5.4 will get the same amount of love once IOSU is released. .-.;I'm a little bit worried about staying in 5.4 because if most of the people are in 5.5 so they will have all the goods first and maybe some exclusives just like 5.3.2
On the other hand, 5.4 have a PPC kernel exploit and with the new release of IOSU exploit they will release another WebKit exploit so we can utilize that kernel exploit (IF developers are interested in that)
What do you think guys?

Hykem has already confirmed that the IOSU exploit is going to be ported to 5.4, among other more common firmwares. And this exploit can do everything a PPC kernel exploit can, so no reason to hang on for that.Time will tell

It will probably have to be reloaded everytime you boot up.What does he mean it is not permanent, will it eventually not work or something? will it just fade away........?

Yes, "backups"I see, hopefully no matter what update Nintendo roles out we can still play backups
