Thanks, but still doesn't work. There's no error message this time, but the program disconnects itself and get reconnect
Yea, 5.3.2 works odd. Sometimes when you connect everything'll still be greyed out, just reconnect and it should be fine. It'll make a popup saying something broke when it connects but just hit okay.

there are 2 exes inside, whats the difference betwen those ?

Thanks

EDIT : none of the two exes do work with zelda ww hd ...

PreMerge! :P
When code gets added to a repo on Github that's called "Merge".
So I guess it's a version that was compiled before the code was put onto Github!
Iirc there were some compatibility issues with some CafeOS versions. I read sth like that a few days back! ;)

can i update to fw 5.5.0 without to lose the chance of an kexploit? because i want to play some new games
You'll have to wait an undefined amount of weeks, months or *maybe* even years before you'll have a chance to get a working kexploit!
You're going to be able to play newer games though! As long as they don't have a pre-installed fw-update.
Or when there's a running emuNAND or another option to spoof around it! ;)

I was using GeckodotNet on settings/data-management just for curiosity and found many logged errors with names of directories and functions.
I share what i found maybe it will be useful for usb documentation who knows.

Directories:

/vol/storage_usb
/vol/storage_hfiousb
/vol/storage_sddisc01
/usb_hid
/vol/storage_usb01/usr/title/
/vol/storage_usb01/usr/title/00050000/...
/vol/storage_usb01/usr/title/0005000e/...
/vol/storage_usb01/usr/title/0005000c/...
/vol/save/common
/dev/usr_cfg
/dev/usb_hid
odd ; mlc ; usb ; sdcadr ;
CBL.USB (wii u saved some logs there)
/dev/mcp

Functions:

mcp_ppc_shim.c
MCP_CompatCopyFile
MCP_CompatGetVersion
MCP_Launch_Compat
MCP_CompatLoadAVFile
MCP_GetTitleListCore( ):
MCP_GetTitleInfoCore( ):
MCP_... (many others)
fs_sync.c
FSA_COMMAND_... (many different ones)
ACPGet... (many different ones)
fsa_ppc_shim_pr
UCWriteSysConfig
UCDeleteSysConfig

But...
Is that thing about the NAND dump legit?
I think it is but have not seen someone saying that it's actually working for them.

If NAND dumping would be working, couldn't we just switch between FWs by restoring an older FW as stated in one post before?
(the only bad thing would be if licenses for eshop titles would be in the NAND, too)

"You take the blue pill, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes."
Morpheus, to Neo

From the Matrix, somehow i always think back to this qoute when someone asks: Should i update to xxxxx ???

I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself if you aren't a schooled hardware engineer/electrician! :P
But yes, it should be possible! It'll be encrypted though! Maybe someone has managed to decrypt the NAND flash, but I didn't see anything like that! :/

Shit! My Wii U updated again..... :angry:
I'm tired of Nintendo's shiz.
Does this do anything new?
Soon as you set up opendns properly and get the red cross on your download management box it should not update again also make sure you install opendns updater v2.2.1 on your pc, it really helps and you will never fall into the trap of ever updating your wiiu!. Mine has not even tried since the red cross came up. I think if you boot up the web browser exploit there is a link to delete the update file, just click on it.

you probably updated to 5.5.0 wich is bad since the kernel exploits were patched, i still dont get why people even have the wiiu connected to the web they are just asking for it.
