Better than the first. Get rid of the "E" and I'd say it looks pretty good

Although, keep in mind that unless Hykem creates an exploit that allows us to run code from the System Menu (which, in all honesty, I don't doubt he'll dive into after the kernel exploit), we will be confined to launching from the Web Browser

Regarding your 2nd question, if you read back a few pages nwplayer1 stated nothing permanent yet - i think because bootloader has not been controlled by anyone yet.so any exploit will have to be run each time on boot up.

Ok thanks. Any1 know if I can keep stock firmware or if the WiiU has to update some mandatory fw on the first boot? I´m thinking about buying one but I´d really like to keep the firmware that the unit is delievered with. I´m just guessing it´s safer to stay on the lowest fw as possible.

Just don't connect the Wii U to the internet and it wont know whether or not it needs an update

Yes, but I'm just simplifying things since a) that isn't released yet and b) he doesn't even have his Wii U yet, if I'm reading correctly
Fair enough then.

Although once he gets it, he should leave his Wii U without any internet connection and just update via disc (probably Smash) so that he can still be on an exploitable and compatible firmware.
Once the exploit is released, then we talk about blocking domains. :P

This was the plan lol

I think instead of having a Homebru "Channel" we could replace or use the Tvii Icon at the bottom and redirect it to a homebrew loader or something?
something like this:

That's a good idea. From what I've heard, Tvii is a failed idea, so I don't think many people would mind if it was a homebrew launcher instead.
