Hi,
I have searched for hours trying to find how to do this.
I have a game in a certain format, I think it's WUP which I can move to my USB HDD no problems.
I have another game in a different format, it's from Mapleseed which I can't seem to move across to my USB HDD.
Is there a way to move it across in this format or will I need to convert it somehow?
Or should I just use it from the SD card and use Loadiine GX2?
Any help would be appreciated.
TIA

Like it was said you can do that but it's outdated and a lot of games are slow. The best way is to get games in WUP format (you shoud see a folder with a bunch of .app files in it) make a folder on your sd card root called install and put that folder with the .app files in that folder, and install the game via WupInstaller GX 2. Then you will have games directly on your Wii U menu and they will be full speed.

I can't find many games in that format unfortunately. I do have one in that format and it works like a charm.

There is nothing wrong with mentioning Wii U USB Helper. It is not copyright until you get the keys. Just google Wii U Usb helper and you might find a reddit workaround. It has all Wii U games in Wup format.

google it. it is now updated and it works. try it and if it doesnt work tell me the error you are getting. everything is now packed into an .exe file, so no more extracting or makehosts.json :)

Awesome thanks, I'll check it tomorrow

I followed a tutorial on reddit workaround but couldn't get as far as seeing the list of games

just follow the instructions on the reddit page, which i wont tell you (i bet you already know it) because it links to a title key site

There was an error while trying to fetch the titlekeys from ... (the site is probably down) No backup was found. Unfortunatley the app cannot work without it.
