I don't know if this is the correct board for this topic, but I need help. My Wii U has been banned from the eshop for about 1 year and a half now. I can't access the eshop, if I factory reset my Wii U, I'm still banned from the eshop, if I change my NNID, I still can't access the eshop.
Now, this isn't a problem for me since I usually buy physical games. But I can't access DLC or even get to Haxchi because I literally cannot enter the eshop.
Some of you might suggest or ask any of the following because this is what everybody asks or suggests me to do when I talk about this issue
1 "Call Nintendo"
If you see the flag of my country, you'll realize that I can't make international phone calls, because that's how my country works, don't ask why.
2 "What did you do to get yourself banned?"
I bought a download code for a Wii U game on eBay, apparently, they used a fake credit card or something, and that got me banned.
3 "Why didn't you call Nintendo then?"
Refer to item #1
4 "Why didn't you get in contact with the guy that sold you the game?"
I did, he said he'd help, and proceeded to block me on WhatsApp and ignore my emails
5 "judgmental sentence from a supposedly high moral ground"
If you're going to do this, you may as well not reply.
I don't mean to sound rude or anything, I really want some help. Is there anything you guys think I can do? If my console is banned that means there's something among the system files that is flagged on Nintendo's servers, right?
