Homebrew Wii U Dumping Question

Hello, I was going to download some game using certain tool but turns out the wii u title keys site is gone forever (probably because Nintendo patched their server or something similar) and now Im stuck I cant download the game....

My question is, I already have this game downloaded on my Wii U, how can I dump this game from my Wii U and have it in the .app format (ready to install in other machine)

When it comes to Wii U, it's not gone, just a bit harder to access. And you can still use the Wii U USB Helper if you lurk more and learn how.
