It looks like just a hash, could be wrong, but um, this is definitely against the rules for him to post that link.

I doubt 16 bytes of hex on an external website is against the rules. If it is, it's just silly. You could get a similar result if you slammed your face on the keyboard in a random pattern.
If it is, I apologize and I'll remove the link.
 
It might still be a fake. SHA-1 is a surjective function, meaning that there is more than one byte-string with the same hash.
But, I'm not mistaken, it is quite diffecult to reverse SHA-1, so this might be indeed be true.

If this is real, it is copyrighted data and it's against the rules to link to it. If it's fake, there's no point in keeping this open. Either way, locked.
