Wii U Brick????

So a friend of mine bought a japanese Wii U and tried a method to change language of japanese to portuguese. I dint know about this method before but basically its use the storage_mlc from other console.
The console now stuck on Wii U Menu screen. He can hold x button to enter and chose aroma or tiramisu but they dont work.
What method he can use to recover his console?

just to be clear: we can have access to isfshax just having the right files on sd or we have to do the tutorial BEFORE doing shit?

you say you can still access EnvironmentLoader, which is perfect, since you can load minute still and install isfshax.
