Don't want to double post and can't figure out how to delete my own post, but when I try Indiana Pwns with my 4GB SanDisk FAT32 formatted SD card, I get that SD Card not found error.

The WiiBrew article doesn't mention that the SD card probably has to be 2GB or less.
