Hacking Wii Sports Clube disc dump - Do I need CFW or AOC Pacher to play?

Today I use AOC Patcher to play Wii Sports Club, but the disc version has it complete, no need of DLC.

If I install a disc dump do I still need CFW or AOC Pacher to play?

I've got downloaded copy of it and downloaded dlcs with cbhc loading and it works fine for me
