Just making sure because I think I've seen other people do the same thing and have nothing happen, but just for clarification. (possibly from someone who has done it already)?

You do not need to worry, as I have not had any problems even though I had homebrew data on my machine when I shipped it for repairs.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
