I got my Wii in a bundle, which was cool, and I got some extra games and controllers out of it too. But it also came with an SD card. The card is solid white, that says "SD for Wii" by Sandisk. It works, and functions correctly with the Wii. But is it only for Wii? Could I use this for Homebrew or other SD loading apps?

Here's what it looks like:

Almost all SD's are formatted to FAT, which can be used with just about anything. And no SD is made specifically for the Wii since the Wii has an SD slot just like a camera or a computer or anything really.

I think it's to fool stupid people into buying them. I've seen SD cards that were more expensive with the only difference being that they were "for" the wii.
