Hey guys, ive had my Wii softmodded for 6 months now and after installing lots of different cios and wads n stuff on there its gone really slow and crashes all the time, is there a way i can restore the Wii back to normal?

well, depends what you have on there really.
you could downgrade to 3.2 (downgrading isn't necessary, after all, banner bomb works on 4.0, but IMO it makes things easier) and do a format, thus deleting every ticket and channel from your wii's nand, but that doesn't get rid of a lot of things.
