I have the same issue since when i run the last version of Dop-Ios Mod v11.3. I never had issues before and v9 was running fine.
Ma wii is a first generation with serial number starting with LEH 11
Historically, I get it with firmware 3.2 (as I remember), then I put it into 3.3, 3.4 then use twillight hack and perform a downgrade to 3.2. I also had previously installed starfall.
As time flows, I go into 4.1 and lastly into 4.2 with cIos rev 14 and starpatch 4.2E
(installation/patching of ios, update of firmware through .wad get from NUS)
All was working fine since several weeks.
Current state of my wii is system menu is launching. I can see my channels, select them and get details to see the animation. But as I start a channel, my wii reboot except for chanell disk (stuck in black screen) and for usb Loader GX forwarder (display a message saying it try to load ios 232 ?)
Only way I found to run a homebrew (as SignCheck below) is to run again BannerBomb to get Homebrew channel installation program (which is still installed) in order to get into Homebrew channel.
If I try to run Homebrew channel through system menu, wii reboot also. Must go through bannerbomb
With this way and Dop-Ios Mod v9, I tried to put back all last ios but nothing changed.
I also try to put back Firmware4.2 through .wad and Wad Manager Mod
I don't have install bootMii but my wii allows it as it is a first generation.

If someone has a solution, it will be really helpful.
For additional info, I can have access to an other wii with serial starting with LEH18... upon I put same config (Firmware 4.2 et cIos rev14 & UsbLoader GX) where everything work fine as I never launch Dop-Ios Mod v11.3 on it.
Thanks for help
