Hacking Wii Netflix channel

Just got an e-mail from Netflix that time is running out for me to download the Netflix channel from the Wii Shopping channel. I am running 4.2 right now and don't want to update to 4.3 for obvious reasons. Is there any way for me to get the Netflix channel without updating? I.e. a WAD install?

Just install the Netflix channel wad.
I wonder if the wad constitutes as warez. It is free in the Wii Shop Channel.

Sorry, just figured it out. I had to install the Wii Shopping channel v20 wad and IOS56 wad. I was then able to use the shopping channel and download it.

I hope this helps others. Some times I can be a little wii-tarded
