Hacking Wii Motion Plus

Aaahh, I cant seen to upload it..

Use Micric100 link and scroll down to find you're System Menu 4.0 USA or EUR..

1.Copy everything in the box...

2. create a Text doument and open it with "WordPad"

3. Past everything in the Text document..
It should look like the web pages box if its all one line then you didn't use WordPad. It might not work.

4. Then rename the Text document to Hack.ini, I tested it and it worked for me..

has anybody else tried this? I went ahead and bought a couple WM+ attachments, but I won't be able to try them out until later tonight. I'd like to know what to expect....if I can still play these games from usb loader.

it works with pre loader

! and im pretty sure that the wm+ was working as well as it seemed much less responisve when i unplugged it.

Nintendo really needs to release a Wii controller with wm+ built in. The wm+ add on makes the controller awkward, especially if your going to play games where you have to hold the control sideways. And with the new rubber jacket the wm+ comes with it's not a quick removal like the nunchuck and classic controller.

Then don't use the jacket. Hell, I never use the jacket. They have dust on them XD.

the motion plus is a big differnce compared to without; but is still a little behind in this game. The only gripe i have is that the game detects when you have a closed or open club face which is fine but it cant decipher an outside from an inside swing.

I dunno why everyone was thinking the Motion Plus would require a new IOS, it's just an extension of the regular bluetooth controller so would just make the regular bluetooth stack send different valued data packets. No real hardware change involved there. I almost sounded intelligent there using hindsight.

But do you really think ninty would lose an opportunity to patch wiis like this?

Apparently yes. Of improves on how you move. If you make the slightest mistake it'll detect it. Unlike a normal wiimote

WM+ adds a ton of presition to wiimote...

What happens with nunchuk? Does WM+ increase nunchuk motion pressition too?

Personally I don`t question if it is worth it, since there is exclusive software coming for it eventually (RedStell2 or WiiSportsResort). So if we want to experience those games M+ is needed... But we`ll still have to see, if developer can do things with it, that couldn`t have been done without it but I guess WiiSportsResort is the best exsample (archery or kendo).
