I am completely unable to connect to my pc through Wii mc. I recently got a new wii and set it all up with homebrew etc. but can't figure out why it won't connect. All of the settings I am putting in are correct (followed every guide under the sun). Also my video folder is shared.
I've tried setting up a SMB share as well as a FTP share (i have filezilla running on my pc). I just keep getting "ERROR: Failed to connect to FTP site" and "ERROR: Failed to connect to network share."
Does anyone have any idea why this isn't working for me? I had wiimc working fine on my old wii so I am familiar with the setup. Help please!

Internet Security: Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security
Connected to Belkin G Wireless Router
Wii OS: 4.3u
