Now.. it says:

Changes from Snes9xGx 1.43
- Added Wii DVD detection capability (allows you to browse the DVD to fetch
ROMS)

Would this work on a non-modded wii?
I wonder, now is it possible to have the exploit load from DVD instead of Gamecube memory card slot?

It's GC homebrew, so no.

(Wii DVD drive capability does not mean Native Homebrew)

Scratch all of that.

The answer is yes.

Nice homebrew is cool. Like a full speed SNES emulator for example.
But I do hope that this will not result in a softmod loader for backupped games. That would hurt Wii game sales just too much.

great!!!!!

is possible a N64 emulator with online play??

i think so.....

nothing is impossible to homebrewers!! (this word exist?)

Now for the real deal, something that can execute unsigned discs, modified discs. Not just backups, everyone has a chip so NOC about that, but I would like to be able to uncensor manhunt 2 and play that.

No, actually. There needs to be another explot for loading illegal copies. The Twilight hack can only run homebrew.

Don't you think a softmod will be bad for the wii's lifetime, anyway?

IMO.. it would be as bad for the Wii as mod chips are.. probably even less, using a soft mod could be more complicated than just installing a mod chip.. I mean, most people that I know that have a modded Wii, already bought it that way.. they had to do nothing..
