Hacking Wii Homebrew Channel

Hey,
i've been looking around the internet to find out more about this. I know you need the twilight hack and everything but i was just wondering if there's been a stable release yet. Ive seen several videos on youtube that all seem to look different. One had a nice bue background and had bubbles floating around and there was another that resembled the wii menu slightly. On wikipedia it said that there is only a beta out and that a full release is coming soon.

Can anyone help me? i want to get the homebrew channel on my wii but i want to get the right one. any help would be great thanks

The wii menu looking one was not a homebrew channel is was a .elf loader. and the one with the blue background with bubbles is a new version of the homebrew channel that isn't out yet.
