There are still a couple of items I need to allow color changes for, but this requires someone who knows vb.net a little better than I do. So once again, if you know vb.net, send me a pm. I could use some help
smile.gif

Maybe you should try to ask your vb.net question on http://stackoverflow.com

Thanks for the suggestion, I have posted a question there. No response yet but i'm hoping

Also tried several irc servers/channels no love there

Update: Latest added feature - Full printing support with preview

Although I can't seem to figure out how to allow the user to edit the margins and the preview is left justified.
The printout seems to come out perfectly centered. I only have 2 printers to test with (a b/w laser and color laser) both tested perfectly.
You can print full list and selected items list, with or without seperator lines between each game.

I've started on the localization, as soon as i'm finished with the English ini file, i'll post it so whoever wants to translate it to other languages can get started
smile.gif

Good lord, I never realized just how much text there is to translate

How can I use it ? I would like to try it because this seems better than other program I used. Thanks.

You can download version 1.3 from the main post, 1.4 is still in development. I am hoping to have a release ready version this weekend sometime.

The programs main functions are .wbfs/.iso conversion and WBFS Partition extract/add
It is a relatively self explanitory process, add game type to list, right click a game or hold ctrl to select multiple games.
the right click menu explains it all, the rest is just fluff

Although nice fluff if I do say so myself

I am having some issues getting foreign language characters to display properly, once I get it worked out I'll finish up the language routine and get it out for you guys.
I believe I have this solved now, I'll continue to setup the ini file.

Sorry for the delay
Ed

I have finished the language translation routine. TeenTin has been good enough to provide the Chinese translation.
Anyone interested in providing other translations, please let me know

Here is a screenie

Ok, fixed a few bugs here and there, Finished up the language loading routine, Got the estimated output size working.

I have a few more routines to add and a couple new features, if all goes well I should have a release tomorrow(Sunday)

A couple ideas:

On the conversion from .ISO to .WBFS it would be nice if the user could choose the same GAMEID - GAMETITLE.wbfs naming that ISO export allows.

It would be nice if the export and convert allowed for GAMETITLE (GAMEID).ext or some such format, this way the games are in title order on the drive rather then ID order.

Perhaps allow both of these to be set on a settings screen using a %GAMEID% and %GAMETITLE% template? Then the user could choose the format they like most.

Would be nice if the system could rename the files based on the WIITDB information IE: in a menu select "Fix names" and "a boy and his blob" would become "A Boy and His Blob".

For WBFS partitions can you please display the size, space taken and free space in the status bar somewhere... :) When trying to cram a disk full knowing that a 1.2 gig game will fit but a 1.3gig game will not does help a lot :)

BTW.. Great work!!!

*edit, added the size display and moved things around a bit*

*snip
I dont think this is implemented because USB loaders wont recognize the file. However, CFG loader has updated, and it now supports this:
QUOTE(gannon @ Jan 10 2010, 01:42 AM) * Added more game directory layouts: (by oggzee)
/wbfs/TITLE_[GAMEID]/GAMEID.wbfs
/wbfs/TITLE [GAMEID]/GAMEID.wbfs
/wbfs/TITLE[GAMEID]/GAMEID.wbfs
When loading games from FAT or NTFS

Yea, the files are converted with the names they have because it is required by the loaders.

I am working on the rename functions

Great suggestion for the free space, I don't know why I never thought of that. It's the simple things we miss

Bugs bugs everywhere, I am currently testing version 1.4 for release, I have found lots of little bugs and squashed em
smile.gif

I still have to finish a couple of minor things but it's looking good
smile.gif

Ok so I have had a few speed bumps with the release, some old bugs from the previous version have surfaced that I need to work out, and a few new bugs that I need to fix.

I have implemented the format feature for WBFS, but have a few problems with fat32 and ntfs, I'll try and squash those before release, if not Ill disable those 2 options until they are working

English, Chinese and Dutch translations are finished and in my possession.

I have found some issues with the language loading routine that could potentially cause the app to crash if an invalid language file exists. This is a critical bug that must be fixed before release.

Themes are now completely independent of the program so they will be available as separate downloads, the embeded theme is titled Default and is a light blue and white theme, very clean.

Basic white and basic gray have been dropped as they are easily recreated with the custom theme creator.

Lots of other changes too numerous to mention at the moment.

Did you receive my Italian.ini?

Cambo

Yep sure did, we can now list Italian as one of the languages. Thank You.

This did however make me aware of a problem with translations. The text for certain items does not fit when translated. So I have yet another thing to fix
