Yeah I dig those Wii game channels, it's more convenient to load the channel instead of going into the loader and trying to find the game.

I used one called uloader I think but the game channels crapped out after a while. I know that the Crap program works good though.

So it's just a channel to access a game from usb instead of using a loader? I thought somehow they were able to pull the info off the disc and install it as a channel, like a vc game :/

Hey, I've been trying to find a metroid prime wii menu theme made by someone who goes by baboo77 for a while, but the link I click dead ends. Does anyone know the one I''m talking about?

Yes you can load the game from the channel instead of opening the loader. These programs like crap and uloader inject the loader of your choice into the channel but you don't see the loader if you choose.

Those programs do in fact pull the info of the disc and install as a channel.

Edit:

I realized that my reply might sound confusing. You should get that Crap program and make Wii game channels with it. When you do it creates wad files for you to install with Wad Manager. So you will be set with that program.

You need the 4.2 wii menu .app from NUSD.
I'm not sure if that will semi brick your system but make sure your system has brick protection like Priiloader and Bootmii.

It might be fine though, there is not really a difference in the Wii menu firmwares after 4.0's SD card menu. I've been installing themes on my 4.2 wii that I've made for friends with 4.3.

The only semi brick I noticed when they install 4.2 themes on 4.3 is they can't get into the system settings.

Edit:

You need to find the...
4.2 Ntsc-U= 00000087.app

You use that original theme app when packing csm files and you need that to restore the theme back to original.

Use the guide on the bottom of this page.
