I don't know what's the meaning of NTSC and PAL, but will those types of isos work in my us region wii?

They're different video standards. NTSC would work on a us region wii, as would PAL if you change video options, but if these were really your own backups you wouldn't be asking this question.

I'm sorry, I don't understand.
Well NTSC will work, so will pal work? Then what options should I change?

First of all.
Before You run anything please double check that cd-system-updates are disabled.
You could brick Your console.
Usb loaders are safe.
US=NTSC-U
You can play PAL content but You need PAL capable display.
LCD over component cable should work fine.
I don't know much about CRTs in US but I believe that there is not such thing like rgb over scart connector

Sri Lanka is PAL country. Do You have multi system tv?

I just remembered I played ps2 ntsc and pal games here.
So will they work for the wii?

I don't know much of these av cables and tv but my region is US.
You said it depends on my A/V output and TV, so can you tell me how do I check it and confirm it'll work?

Sorry, you'd have to ask someone else on that, since I don't much about TV's. I don't want to give you information that might be incorrect. Most LCD TV's do support multi region though.
