"Load DatFile" and find the dat, open the new profile that it made, select default settings in the box that appears, then go to "Settings" and add the ROM path, close that window, go to "Scanner" and untick everything except Name, Size, Date and Checksums in "Check", start a "New Scan" and let it run. If you want it to rename the file and change the timestamp to match Redump you can tick the boxes in "Fix" as well.
