- Remove BlueZ dependency and refactor.

The Process has been simplified, there is no longer any need to compile, and payloads for other system menu versions of the normal Wii are included.

Wii Never die. Best piece of hw. We can play all Nintendo games <Wii. Nes SNES Gameboy all version n64 GC and Wii. Only ds cant be emulated...

It cannot play all games <Wii. Compatibility for Nintendo 64 is far from perfect even with .wad injecting and Wii64/Not64 emulation.
