Hacking wii eject button not working sometimes

i had a backed up game disc in my wii so i wanted to eject it out to change games but it wouldnt eject. i restarted the wii and it worked, but does anyone know whats wrong? im using DVD+R so could that be the problem?

The type of disc wouldn't make a deal.

Sounds like a hardware issue.

But the Wii could of still been reading disc when you pushed eject. That's why it wouldn't eject?

Same thing happens to me on occasion, I think just due to the loader, the +R shouldn't make any difference, because I use -R and I have the same issue.

Yeah, had that problem too reading my NTSC Brawl in a PAL Wii.
I think it just does that because it isn't a valid disk.

haha, the disc that caused problems for me was PAL Brawl on my NTSC system. coincidence much? lol
yea im pretty sure the disc was loading when i pressed eject because i could hear the wii making those funny loading noises.
