Hi! Okay so here´s the deal, I installed Homebrew on my Wii, and while doing that I changed the theme on it too... Then I regreted it and formated my Wii to not have Homweberw any more, but the theme was still thene... I don´t really care about getting the theme back to the original (if you don´t know how to do it) but I´m wondering if Nintendo might detect any trace of the Homebrew now? I have not got online on it after I got Homebrew, but sence it´s not there any more I would like to go online, but I don´t dare...

Nintendo cant detect if you have hombrew on it by playing online, altough never use cheats online thats what nintendo can detect
you can play safely online and if you need to hack properly your wii just use modmii it will give you guides and all the files you need

Okay, thanks, but can I like use the browser and but games in the Nintendo shop and stuff like that too?

yes you can use safely wii shop and internet browser without any problems
