Homebrew Wii balance board measuring scale application

Some of you might have the wii balance, well as you well know that wii fit has it's own measuring tool in the game, but it's a longg process of getting there, so I was wondering if some clever programmer made a application which measured someone's wieght and displayed it on the tv? Like a digital tv scale.

i too am interested in this kind of application, i have attempted to write stuff up, however without the full knowledge of how the balance board works, my attempts have failed obvsiously.
