Hacking Wii and Gamecube backups on the same HDD?

I run my wii games and GC games off the same HDD. Format FAT32. Wii games go in the wbfs folder on the root. Put cube games anywhere you want and choose the path for them. USB loader GX will display both. Wii Backup Manager will convert your Wii ISO's into wbfs files.

Hey I'm wondering how you are able to do this ? I have mine set up exactly like you said but GX physical will not let me choose a game path for GC games main on USB. It says it has to be on SD is there a work around for this I can't find ?
