    wow, 40 years of The Oregon Trail! I may have to get this (even though the one for ds was side scroll crap weirdness).
    ... sigh... memories... this was what first got me into computer gaming (on an Apple II no less)

    I remember playing this in school as part of computer science lab in the 3rd grade :D

    this hopefully is cool if they did it right.

    a revamped version with an old school version lurking in the background. i got the version for android, but its not as cool, too updated-y.

    because oregon trail was always a prime example of current gen graphics pushed to the absolute limit. the only time it ever looked good was on old apple computers back in the day.

    40th anniversary edition huh? Wow the original game was actually created a full 10 years before anyone saw it at schools on the old Apple II computers.

    It's actually a decent version. Reminds me of the one I use to play decades ago in school. I use to love to play it in school.

    I didn't make it on my first play tho, winter came :/
