its because its korean they ban pretty much everything like the world cup the ppl there was only allowed to watch a match if they won otherwise they were banned from watching

What are you on about? I know it's true in North Korea but all Korean releases are based in the south.

Korea is always late on stuff like this, and Taiwan is even later. First party games in Asia usually go Japanese only, then get translated to Korean, and then finally Traditional Chinese. That's why in Taiwan they import the Japanese and American version of games, because Nintendo doesn't release a localised version until a year or two later if they're quick.

Miyamoto visited Taiwan to promote the 25th anniversery Super Mario Collection, and also said Nintendo was in the works of translating Super Mario Galaxy 2 to Chinese (Traditional). They'll probably get that in 2011.
