I bought WiiFit last night. It's fun to play around with. My kids like it alot so far. The question is will it really help with being fit or is it just a gimmick.

WiiSports has been proven to make people lose weight (assuming that you move with your characters). WiiFit purposely makes you move so I'm pretty sure it'll make people lose weight as well. As for being fit, it only depends on how devoted people are.
