i saw this in the shop the other day and wondered why i hadn't seen it before.....cause it wasn't dumped yet (doh!). Anyways, is it any good or is it like the god awful star trek DS game from ages ago?

That one is called Star Trek: Legacy. My cousin beat it, looked rather boring though.

bought it and like the game.
It reminded me a bit of Star Control 1. Its a fun singleplayer game with some space action.
You'll need a few rounds to accomodate to the controlls, but then it's light fun.
