Played some more games online. This time without the lag. Guess I just had bad luck to play against shitty modem players.
When you choose Play Now, there are multiple options. You can see the rankings, you can choose to let the computer decide which opponent you play against, or you can enter the lobby. In the lobby you can create your own game with all characteristics you like (stadium, weather, etc.). You can also add a password, so only a friend can enter your game.

Well I think they're nice, however, I haven't scored one single goal in three matches, except in penalty kickout, which by the way has nice keeper controls..! I always press "B" by mistake, when I want to shoot...

It'll sure take some time to get used to, but I think it'll be worth it as the game has a nice finish! The integration of Mii characters is great, after each half you get an evaluation of your Mii's performance

nice for comparison between the players! (1-4)

Gonna try the online part tomorrow!

That was my problem too in the first 2 matches.
It's just that you are so used to pressing a button

Last night played 2 matches, 1 won with 2-0 and 1 won with 4-2
Currently I'm playing on amateur mode, but as soon as I get the hang of it, gonna pull up the difficulty.

Hmm, just wondering, is it just me or does A LOT of people have bad connections? I mean, a lot of my online games are ended because of connection error... Has anyone else experienced this problem, or could it be my own connection? (2048/512) Or perhaps a problem with the EA servers?

Anyway, besides this problem, the online part is great in my opinion, the EA Messenger wasn't online yesterday, but it is today, its nice! The online part has great potential IMO...

PS: I can't seem to find a place to see the EA TRAX playlist, doesn't EA normally allow you to change the track in their games?

I have also lost a lot of connections by playing online. Sometimes I can play all the match, but a lot of other times the games end. I have a router.

i'm getting disconnects too, but i didn't like the controls either. : ( Never get the shot right..

Just grabbing this now, what's the deal with the commentary? Is it only in Dutch?

I think Fifa '08 looks what your Wii's settings are.
Mine is Dutch so the Commentary is Dutch.
But I think when you live in Australia, it's english.

Interactive League does not work for me, it says it is not availbale at the momet, or when i find a fixture to play, i can not play a match, it just seraches for somthing online and nothing happens

I don't think it''s functional at EA's servers.

The normal online function works great
