Too bad the controls for this suck with the classic controller. I went and found a N64->GC controller adapter just for this.

No. Uh-uh. The GC analog stick fails terribly.

Actually, I've never heard of a Nintendo 64 adapter for the GC, with the amount of N64 VC games I play I'll have to look for one of those... and a N64 controller without a broken joystick.

Well, people have developed hacks to make wirelss NES, SNES, and Sega Genesis controllers. Nothing for N64 though.

Yeah, that's the one I just found, and probably the only one.

Seems kinda expensive; I'll have to stick with my GC controller for now.

This game is epic and if anyone reading this has not played it, you must. Sure, nostalgia might cloud my thoughts a little, but it's really a great game. This was the first game I played with big-time voice acting, and I can rattle off quotes at will, and quote something from that game nearly every day without realizing it.

"I can't let you do that, starfox"
"they've broken through the first line"
"Use the boost to get through"
"Press Z or R twice"
"you're very lucky (proper voice is crucial)"

Love that shit.
