Wich hdd should i buy?

Dear reader, I am currently using a USB but it getting to small. I want to buy a hdd. Can I best buy one with its own power supply or without one? I read some where that mics don't work because it takes up to much power.

And I love karaoke

For the Wii an reliable and approved Solution is an extern,portable HDD from
Western Digital like the Elements Series.

For the Connection Cable an Y-Cable is a good Idea,maybe if you have the Idea to get an Wii U in the next Time too.But you can use the included Cable too,of course.
The Size is your Choice 2 - 4 TB should be enough for Wii and maybe GameCube Games too.
For this WD HDDs an external Power Supply is not needed for the Wii.

Of Course,you can buy any other Brand/Portable HDD you like.
