if you traded a bickec3ds into gamestop they though probley just thow it in the bin thats why dumpster divers find 3ds in the bin some times

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

thing is i though they would nto want to talk about it since hacks can be used for piracy

The guys over here really don't care. Their job is to sell games and stuff. But they mostly sell PC games and PS4/XBone games. And they know you won't buy 3DS games unless they are exploitable. So if you ask them for a game they might as well ask you what is up with it because they know you don't get it for gaming. (Usually happens when I ask for console games)

And they get paid anyway. So they might as well be friends with their customers. It basically even secures them customers.
Would you rather preorder that game at your local gamestop with the guys you are talking to about games or preorder on amazon?

Everytime i went into my local EB games back in Australia looking for an exploit game in order to enable piracy/hacks, the employees didn't mind at all, some even chatted to me for 5-10 minutes and asked how they could do on their console.

I don't think there is much of a career in a game shop anyways, most people i know who work in them just do it while they're studying at university/college. The token career game shop manager might care about piracy/modding though, since it hurts the industry somewhat.

Be smart about it. Don't ask the manager.
Ask the regular people. The clerks who enjoy videogames as well.
If possible, don't go to large chains though. Try and go to mom and pop stores, the small ones.

Those can ALWAYS hook you up.

I got Fallout 4 days ahead of its release because of them.
