Are you using a dns? On wifi you ethernet for both pc and switch? It sounds like there is some extra hopping going on through your traffic
DNS to stop connecting to switch servers? Cause if so then no, I nulled the emunand with Incognito. I use ethernet for the pc and WiFi for the switch

hmmm, maybe the wifi signal is a little to slow to establish a connection before it times out? Could you try using an ethernet cable with your switch if you can please?

With ethernet I get 200 download and 20 upload, even though I'm on WiFi, I'm about 10 ft away from the router. I don't have a usb/type-c to ethernet anyone in my house or near me

Even if you are right next to the modem/router it can still be to slow to authenticate, You don't have to block out your internal IP on the switch or filezilla. Could you post your internal IP not external ex 192.xxxxx or 10.xxxxx or PM me it if you are scared to post it please.

I'm very new to the aspect of networking and such so I don't know what can be done which such information but as far as I have heard, not much can be done with internal IP so my switch internal IP is 192.168.68.115 and my pc internal IP is 192.168.0.34

@TheRealMrBuushy ftp is slow regaurdless maybe try DBI? https://github.com/rashevskyv/dbi/releases just plug the switch into your pc with a cable and start DBI and go to the last option. Much faster and no internet required.

With you internal IP's only people on your network can access them either through a VPN or being on your network directly.
EDIT1: You can also use nxmtp

You could try following command on the PC's command prompt (Admin mode):
route add 192.168.68.0 MASK 255.255.0.0 192.168.0.1

He could but if he uses dynamic IP's that might bork another device. Unless he uses static IP's
