Once thought to be canceled, Nintendo says otherwise, announcing the title would be exclusive to Walmart stores nationwide.
Reports have been floating around the internet about GameStops calling up people who had reserved Chibi Robo Park Patrol for the DS, telling them their reserve had been moved to another game because the game had been canceled. As these reports grew and grew, Gamespot's Rumor Control feature investigated the issue and contacted Nintendo directly for comment. Nintendo outright denied the game had been canceled, telling Gamespot that instead the game would launch on October 2nd and had become a Walmart exclusive.
