Hacking Why update for smash?

I see many people want update to 6.2 for play smash,why?i have 6.1 with TX and all works fine,i miss something?thanks

I think people want to do the update as there have been reports that the day 1 patch / update thats been released for the game, forces the game to be launched using the most up do date firmware (6.2)

Did you install the update / patch? For now I'm holding off on installing the game until I read more people saying it works on 6.1

games or updates using sdk 5.5 will need 6.2
you could check xci or nsp with xci explorer 1.4.4

there are modded updates for 6.1 and 5.1 There's no need to update to 6.2. There's even an xci with the update merged into it that plays on 5.1
