In most countries ripping off content from physical copies you own ( CDs, DVDs, carts, etc ) is illegal, let alone downloading pirated versions of them. Whether that is a shitty law or not is irrelevant. Piracy is illegal. It's not debatable.

Here in france, dump you own CD / DVD / BD / cart is allowed but download it is not ... This is stupid lol

I leave in france some ppl here are working for something like 1100 euros / month.
Spending 400 euros to pay the house
Spending for electricity, internet, water, food, car ( to go to work )....
Some of them also have children so they have to pay for education.

That is incorrect. While your money does not go directly into a publisher's pocket, it does fund people who buy new games giving them more money to buy new games.
