And Zelda Minish Cap still don't work!
Should I ips it first...?

You should install the latest firmware too - 1.84.

Which card is better for GBA on DS?

EZ flash 4
if you have a bigger budget then go for the M3 perfect
if you only want to play a few games at a time and dont focus that much on gba then get the EZ 3 in1 expansion, its a stripped down EZIV without a loader and controlled from the slot 1
