Why Nintendo Doesn't Remake Zelda Games...

oh damn, what he really want to say is simply: we won't ever bring out a remake of zelda bit*+#s', why not just saying it straight out?
it's a pity, a legend of zelda a link to the past remake in the 3rd dimension would be that damn awesome and very complex:. and no one really expect a remake to have the same effect on the people like the original game, it won't ever reach that nostalgic level of the original, but is always interesting to see how past games would profit by modern technical standarts:. there are enough people who would welcome a remake of a past zelda game for sure, not all remakes are bad, metroid zero mission is a good example for a remake that in my opinion surpasses the original game, because this just isn't capable in modern time anymore, kinda drug for nostalgic fans, but no one else would look forward to play it. btw by bringing out a metroid remake ninty acts contrary to the own statement:.
i think the reason nintendo won't bring out a zelda remake is simply that the series is too important for their purchases to waste ressources in making a remake:.

am looking forward to the wii zelda, hopefully it'll be good, but damn, i want an a link to the past remake so badly

i think square totally differs in this situation
they not only make the same game graphically (and add new content) but they also include visually and audially (l0l) different approach to the game and i am talking about FF2 on the GBA and DS
other games just had a newer dungeon and sold pretty well (atleast i got it)
eg.) Chrono Trigger and FF6 on DS and SNES resp.

i dont think the environment and stuff matters, its just tht they dont want to make the title less important by releasing it many times and make it an exclusive to tht console
