Formatted the 3Ds ( i remove the sd before format ) but the sd games doeant show up

Format System Memory changes the encryption key and makes the previous SD:/Nintendo 3DS folder – including saves – useless. That is the purpose of a factory reset: Remove all installed titles.

You can try restoring KeyY with TurdPooCharger’s GodMode9 script “CTRTransfer (Type D9)”
