Homebrew Why my 3DS cant boot up if the SD Card is not inserted?

Boots up with sd card inserted, but if its not inserted it doesnt boot, if i boot it up with an sd card an then remove the sd card it works normally.

If by that very vague definition you mean "the power light fades in as normal and then immediately fades out cleanly, with no audible noise" you have some mod installed (such as the ones mentioned by @godreborn) that loads a custom kernel (or "arm9 homebrew" - no technical difference) from a fixed location on the SD, and may or may not have fallbacks if it can't be found there

First things first. You need to specify what have you installed so we can help you. Power off the console and turn it on with the SD inserted while pressing select, and tell us what do you see on the screen, the relevant stuff should appear pm the bottom screen.
